Ontarioville Art Instruction
Ontarioville Art offers classes in charcoal, pencil, pen and ink, watercolor, wood burning, and bead weaving to ages 10 and up. Our instructors are highly qualified professional artists and usually have their works on display in the art gallery. It is our mission to bring out the artist in everyone, so beginners are always welcome. Most classes are ongoing so you may enroll at any time. Classes are small in size so everyone gets the personal help they need. Workshops and short project oriented classes are available as well, so please contact us for the scheduled times and offerings. We are looking to add new classes to our growing art experience. If you have a desire to learn, check with us about starting up a class in your area of interest.

Drawing Classes
$80 for 4 classes
Saturdays 10:00 am -
Teachers: Rebecca Lozan / Linda Howe. Basic drawing essentials starts you off and the class expands as your skills develop. Options to add other media, i.e. colored pencil, pastels, pen & ink, and graphite are offered. Classes are open to ages 10 and up.
Watercolor Classes
$80 for 4 classes
Thursdays 9:30 am -
Teacher: Dian Johnson. Beginner to advanced watercolor class. Learn still life, landscapes and numerous tips and skills to make your paintings become works of art! Bring your own materials, or purchase supplies at class for a nominal fee.
Bead Weaving Classes

Beginning stitches as well as intermediate projects are
offered. Create a variety of jewelry styles using beads chosen by YOU! for ages 16
and up. Materials provided for a nominal fee. (Lower studio)

Wednesdays and Thursdays 7:00 pm -
Teacher: Shelly Popp. Learn quilting or add to your skills with this class. You’ll make a quilt in just 4 WEEKS! (Upstairs studio)
Red Work Embroidery Classes
$80 for 4 classes
Wednesdays 10:00 am -
Teacher: Shelly Popp. Beginning to advanced stitches will be taught, then turn your pieces into a quilt! (Upstairs Studio)
Beginning Crochet Classes
$80 for 4 classes
Saturdays 10:00 am -
Teacher: Shelly Popp. Various stitches and projects are offered including an afghan you can make in just 5 hours! This class will have you doing amazing things from the start!
